How to access your mail with gssweb.org
How access your email via the Congregation web site 
Click on the GSSWEB button
User name type the first part of your gssweb email exactly as it is before @ for example maria.wilson
Password type your password exactly as it is written.
How to use your address book
Once you have opened your emails you have access to two address books.
Contacts: This is your personal address book that you can add the contacts you wish
Global address list: This contains all gssweb.org emails Official and personal. You cannot add change or deleted anything in this address book. All gssweb.org emails are entered automatically when created.Finding emails in the address book
Personal emails are listed by first name family name. Ex. Marie WilsonTo find a personal email type in the Display Name box the first few letters of the first name. The list will appear starting with the first name on the list with those letters.
To find an “official email” type in the Display Name box for- Unit leaders: unit
- Unit treasurers: econ Unit secretaries: sec
- Unit Communications contacts: com
- Unit Justice and Peace Contacts: jp

Configure Outlook to access your e-mail account
Required information:
· Name: María Wilson (example)· E-mail address: maria.wilson@gssweb.org
· Password: ******** (the one you have been assigned)
· Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.gssweb.org
· Outgoing mail server (SMTP): your ISP-Internet service provider.
Problems accessing your email?
If this is the first time you have tried to open your email check that you have correctly typed your name and password.If both are correct and you still do not have access your Internet provider of server may be blocking the access to www.gssweb.org
Please contact your technician, if you have one, or your Internet provider and ask them to unblock your access.
